ROCHELLE spoke at the annual “Youth Who Do the Right Thing” gala luncheon at noon Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Detroit Marriott RenCen in the Ambassador Ballroom.

ROCHELLE received the Neal Shine Award at the annual dinner of the Association of Fundraising Professionals at the GM Renaissance Center Marriott on Nov. 17. She is being honored for her philanthropy and her devotion to making Detroit better for children and families.

ROCHELLE co-hosted the Third Annual “Show The Love” Media Mixer and Benefit featuring Luther Badman Keith and his Blues Band. The party, which benefits unemployed journalists, will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22 at P.J.’s Lager House at 1254 Michigan Avenue in Detroit (three blocks east of the old Tiger Stadium). ROCHELLE was an honorary host of the 13th Annual Auction to benefit Washtenaw Literacy, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. It is the oldest literacy council in the state. The event will be 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14. at Washtenaw Community College.
